Let us take you on a guided ATV/UTV/RZR tour in Durango’s backcountry and go where few others can go with the help of our 4×4 vehicles! You drive your own machine, but will be following a knowledgeable and friendly guide. This unforgettable off-road excursion includes guided interpretation on local area history, wildlife, and wildflowers with stops at historic highlights, waterfalls, and scenic stops for photos.

All Colorado guided ATV tours leave directly from the resort, so all you need to do is show up 30 minutes early for check in. Simply meet us in the Village Center Plaza at Purgatory Ski Resort, and we will guide you and show you the way.

What should I wear for a guided Durango ATV tour?
- Bring extra layers, it can be chilly in the mountains
- Bring a rain jacket if precipitation is in the weather forecast
- Sunglasses (with retainer strap)
- Sunscreen
Do you have a weight limit?
- Nope! But if you’re concerned about your health and safety, please consult with your doctor first.
Do you have an age limit?
- Passengers of all ages are welcome but you must be at least 18 years old with a valid license to drive.

How far in advance do I have to book?
- We recommend planning your trip as far in advance as possible. While walk-in reservations are welcome, we can’t guarantee that we will have the capacity to accommodate your group same-day.
Do you offer discounts for AAA members, senior citizens, veterans, active military, and/or first responders?
- Yes, we offer 5% off. Call us at (970) 903-1923 to book your trip and receive a discount.
What’s your cancellation policy?
- We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours before your scheduled activity, it will be a full charge.
